Rowie’s Cakes is quite well known in the Coeliac world, as she is a regular at the Gluten Free Expo in Sydney each year. Diagnosed as Coeliac Rowie discovered that gluten free food can be rubbery, cardboardy and generally unpalatable. In 2001 she set up Rowie’s Cakes and the rest is history.
